Bakkhai
Bakkhai is origanlly a ancient Greek play where mortal law conflicts with divinity and the madness of repression leads to death at the hands religious ecstacy. Creating artwork for fantasy and future worlds explores many of the same themes; order, conflict, power, companionship, repression and ecstacy, so the name suits the site well.

Professionally he worked on artwork for, the James Bond franchise, The X-Men franchise, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Dare Devil, Battlestar Galactica, Stigmata, and other sci-fi/adventure artwork. He's a guest lecturer on Motion Picture Graphic design at Universities in California.
David or Bakkhai is an avid gamer. Starting in Star Wars Galaxies, he amassed a reputation for being organized, efficient and creative. After building a dominate guild, he looked for other challenges and discovered the forums allowed images to be used as signatures. Reluctantly, he made a few for friends and his guild, but the goodwill created encouraged him to do more. Demand rose quickly and has increased dramatically, leading to the creation of Bakkhai.com
Bakkhai resides in Venice Beach, CA where he works as an Art Director for the Entertainment Industry.
